What You Need To Know Before Axe Throwing
How much does it cost?
$20+tax for 1 hour or $35+tax for 2 hours (per person).
Are there discounts?
We offer a 10% discount for all military, police officers, fire fighters, EMT, and teachers. Proof required.
How long does it take?
As long as you want. 1-2 hours is standard
What is the minimum / maximum group size?
There is no minimum/maximum group size, however, if you have less than 6 members in your group, you may be required to share a lane at peak times. You will still have your own target. There are 2 targets per lane. We have 12 targets to use.
How can I book an axe throwing event?
Feel free to use our online booking service! You can call or email with inquiries as well. For peak hours (Fridays/Saturdays), you must pay in full to reserve your spot.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are accepted during any operational hours, however, reservations are recommended for peak hours.
What is the cancellation policy if booked in advance?
Our bookings require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Corporate cancellations may require more time. Ask at the time of booking. You are required to show up 5 minutes prior to your reservation to allow for time to sign waivers. A lane will not be held once your reservation time has passed.
What are the hours of operation?
Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 4pm - 10pm, Saturday 11am - 10pm, and Sunday from 1pm - 8pm. If you have a large group or event it can be scheduled outside of these times.
Can you book the entire venue?
Yes, the venue can be booked for private or corporate events. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
Do you provide all equipment needed?
Yes, all throwing equipment is provided for you by our staff.
Can we bring our own equipment?
You may bring your own axe if less than 24 inches, but the equipment must be inspected and approved by staff prior to using. No other equipment is permitted.
Will someone show us how to throw an axe before playing?
You will have a brief orientation including safety rules and how to properly throw an axe prior to being released for free play.
Do you have to sign a waiver?
Yes. During your first visit, each guest (and observer) must sign a waiver. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Waivers will be kept on file and good until revoked in writing. Feel free to sign your waiver in advance - click on the waiver tab at the top of the page!
Is it safe?
Throwing an axe is similar to other target sports. So long as participants are following the safety rules and instructions explained by our staff, throwing an axe is safe.
How should I dress?
Make sure to wear close-toed shoes, and dress comfortably.
Are there age restrictions?
The minimum age to throw is 8yrs, provided they can throw an axe in a safe manner and are accompanied by an adult. There is no minimum age to observe. Please accompany children that need the supervision. Staff will have final say.
Can people come to watch?
Absolutely! Observing is encouraged at no charge. All observers must sign the same waiver as active participants.
Do you serve food/drinks?
We do not serve food, however, you can bring food or order it in. We do serve beer, seltzers, sodas & water!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Per the Oklahoma ABLE commission laws, BYOB is not permitted.
Can I bring my own food?
You may bring your own food. Drinks must be purchased on site. Make sure you are properly prepared with all utensils needed as we don't supply these items.
Can we take pictures and videos?
Yes! Videos and pictures are encouraged. Be sure to like our Facebook and Instagram pages and possibly find more pics of your group there.
Do you have music?
Yes, we have radio and a bluetooth speaker and are willing to take requests for music genres.
Do you have a league?
Yes! We are a part of the World Axe Throwing League as seen on ESPN. Email/call for details regarding our seasonal league sign ups.
